The Army Corps of Engineers is very concerned about fire safety, especially in a hospital, where non-ambulatory patients are very vulnerable to the threat of fire. They are also concerned about waterproofing. They chose to use ProSet firestop and waterstop systems in building Brooke Army Medical Center.

All of the major new hotels at the Disney World Theme Park use ProSet’s pipe and firestop/waterstop products as their system of choice.

When the MGM Grand was rebuilt, it was built with ProSet Systems Firestop Penetrators. In addition, ProSet Systems are used in most of the new hotel bathrooms in Las Vegas.
